326 Soccerfans arrested. Lawyer advises them not to plead guilty

Before the premier league soccer match between Feyenoord and Roda JC in Rotterdam 326 Feyenoordsupporters were arrested. They had marched against the Feyenoord management after the club lost a number of consecutive games. Football lawyer Frank van Ardenne has advised the supporters not to plead guilty nor pay the fines imposed on them under criminal law. This would give them a criminal record. He claimed that administrative law should have been used to stop the demonstration.
