Integration Problems with Somalian Minority

Labor Parliamentarian Jeroen Dijsselbloem says that in addition to the problems of integration of the major migrant groups, such as Moroccans, Turks and Antilleans, Somalian immigrants are also problematic. Nine out of 10 Somalian men are unemployed, they have many drug problems and there is discrimination against their women. The Dutch intelligence service AIVD shares the concerns about young Somalians, who have problems such as drug addiction, homelessness, truancy and feeling alone and isolated. The AIVD says that this makes them vulnerable to drifting into criminal activity.
