Dutch Post Office approves Stamp with Picture of Top Criminal

The TNT Post, the Dutch Post Office, allows people to have stamps printed with a private design provided they are approved by a special committee. One stamp approved which can now be used to send mail carries the picture of top criminal Willem Holleeder. Holleeder has reacted that he is honored to have his picture on a stamp, just like the Queen. The order for the stamp was placed by a twice convicted murderer who spent time in the same jail as Holleeder.
